Market Stree Mews is a small private new build development of 3 townhouses in Ilfracombe.

Project Brief

Each dwelling featured garages, offices, underfloor heating, solar panels, and open plan living areas with 3 bed- rooms despite the compact floor plan.

Working closely with the developer, JRA also provided building Regulations drawings, and consulta- tion as the build progressed, and finally marketing material to help sell the properties.
